Contract Patient Service Associate- Immediate

We are hiring Candidates to be outsourced at our client's place.

Job Description:

• Assist in admission and registrations in clinics / hospitals
• Interacting with patients OR Visitors
• Customer Service Oriented
• Data entry and maintain department records
• Handle phone calls & direct to relevant personnel
• Fixing, cancelling and arranging of medical appointments for patients
• Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

• Min. 'N' / 'O' / 'A' levels/  Diploma or any equivalent 
• Customer Service Oriented
• Relevant working experience will be advantageous
• Able to start work immediately or short notice period would be preferred!
