Contract Nutrition Event & Project Management Executive

List of Key Responsibilities

• Organize medical event to support the Business
• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
• Adhere to budget and come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Be in charge of hiring external personnel if needed
• Coordinate all operations with internal stake holders prior to the event  to ensure manpower arrangement, promotional materials/ activities are delivered timely
• Supervise / liaise with staff on duty to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
• Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

 

Digital Engagement

• Work closely with the Global Digital Manager to set up the analytics to evaluate the website traffics
• Liaise with external medical agency to assist in content creation
• Coordinate internally to support further HCP engagement

 

Compliance

• Coordinate internally to set up compliance trainings with Sales/ Distributor/ 3rd parties Team
• Update training materials, prepare slides if needed
• Provide basic nutritional training to internal staff

Research & Scientific Communication

• Support the production of scientific materials
• Clinic visit may require ensuring the concept and scientific evidence is delivered to top clinic doctors
• Work closely with Nutrition Institute to maximize the resources for enhancing communication flow
• Conduct literature search when required

 

Requirements

• Degree holder in nutrition or relevant  fields
• Previous experience in event management
• Good organisational and administrative skill in attending details
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the google analytics ( plus point)
• Good team player
