Job Descriptions:


  • Help support the desgn, decision making & evaluation of the company’s pilots from a financial & financing angle, as well as determine the optimal business model & financing structure for scaling and sustainability
  • Collaborate and leverage on efforts at the public healthcare clusters to gain insights and answers to current financing challenges; Exploring the test-bedding of financing and incentive models within designated sand-boxes
  • Work with stakeholders in the public healthcare sector on potential steps towards longer-term financing re-design
  • Analyze cost effectiveness and incentive design of care transformation, assess system level impact of care transformation; Analyze and derive insights from data on healthcare costs and utilization to support development of new financing models
  • Perform primary research on the latest financing models and innovations both locally and internationally, and draw recommendations for the local context
  • Perform analysis and develop recommendations for possible options for financing and incentive redesign in the local context, to achieve the company’s longer-term system level goals.

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm




  • $4000 to $7500


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Quantitative disciplines
  • 7 years or more working experience
  • Prior experience in finance role, and/or the healthcare industry. Experience working with government and public healthcare stakeholders
  • Knowledge of healthcare finance and funding models
  • Strong in financial analysis, modelling and projections
  • Strong numeracy and quantitative skills, with ability to perform data analytics on large data-sets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multiple teams and coordinate efforts across different stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
