Contract Junior Business Analyst - UAT (Financial Institution, Up to $3,200)

Jobs Responsibilities

• BAU enhancements requested by the business.
• Participate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes and document the rules and enhancements that are needed.
• Translate business requirements into complete test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
• Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
• Tracks the outstanding defects and works with Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
• Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides for the enhancements.
• Perform post deployment verification of the system when the project is implemented.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree
• Keen interest in UAT
• Prior experience in insurance operations/UAT will be advantageous
• Able to start work within short notice
