Contract Insurance Claims Executive - Home & Travel (Up to $3,800)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Check policy details to ascertain coverage           
• Liaise with various parties for information and documents when required       
• Update claims records and prepare letters/payments       
• Handle enquiries from internal & external customers, appeals and complaints         
• Guide and manage assessors to achieve turnaround time and service standards     
• Ensure pending matters are reviewed and acted on          
• Assist on audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines      

Job Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of relevant insurance claims experience
