Job Descriptions:

 

• Manage the research staff recruitment process with hiring supervisors & applicant.
• Perform salary analysis and discuss with hiring supervisors on the proposed salary
• Manage contract renewal of researchers and ensure that hiring supervisors have provided the correct project fund.
• Manage the recruitment of Visiting Professors and ensure documents are sent to OHR for processing in accordance to their instructions.
• Arrange internal and external meetings for Executive Director.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Period:

 

• 6 Months Contract

 

Location:

 

• Boon Lay

 

Working Hours:

 

• Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 5.45pm
• Fri:  8.30am to 5.15pm

 

Salary

 

• $2800  

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Minimally, a diploma holder
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
• Meticulous, organized, able to prioritize and multi-task
• Able to work both independently and as a team
