Contract HR Payroll Executive - $3000 to $3500 #NCH

• Handle monthly company payroll computation which includes overtime pay, allowances (HR system – Info Tech)- 200 staffs
• Generate and maintain monthly HR reports to Finance and upload to SBO system
• Submission of CPF, FWL breakdown, IR8A,S, 21 for employee income tax
• Co-ordination of Employees payroll matters
• Handle Monthly Expenses Claim and invoices upload to pro-sign (internal system) for approval
• Handle full spectrum of work pass application
• Administration of Workmen Compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc
• Prepare, generate and maintain bi-yearly staff appraisals for HR Manager
• Handle NSmen make-up claim, Maternity Leave Claims, Child care Leave Claims
• Handle forecast for annual leave provision (year end for finance dept)
• Handle all personnel related survey/statistics for various government bodies – CPF, MOM, IDA, etc
• Preparation of employment contract, confirmation & company letters
• Filing and keeping track of all personnel records
