Contract HR Executive - Up to $3000

• Handle Work passes application, cancellation and renewals
• Administrative works to process transferred workers
• Manage dormitories 
• MYE surveys 
• Liaise with agencies with regards to recruitment
• Onboarding and exit Clearance
• Update workers data (P-file) into HR system (HRIQ)
• Submission of Government-related claims
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business or HR Management
• Able to commit immediately or short notice
• Have 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction / Manufacturing industry handling blue collars workers
• 5 working days
• Contract (Convertible)
• Location: West
