We are hiring Temporary HR Admin Assistant to be outsourced to HR/Finance departments in the healthcare industry.
- Maintaining HR system
- Annual performance review and promotion cycle
- Prepare HR reports
- Prepare government surveys
- Assist in recruitment
- Assist HR Manager in managing HR function
- Conduct career consultation with candidates and handling interview.
- Handle payroll administration and leave management
- Assist senior financial manager in other ad-hoc financial task.
- Min. GCE O/A Levels/Diploma/Degree in any studies
- Candidates with some admin experience will be advantageous
- Min. commitment of 3 months or more
