Contract Finance Executive @ Orchard

Job Descriptions:

• Full Set of accounts (AR AR, GL. GIRO collection, financial report)
• Prepare monthly audit schedules
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher/cheque payment
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST return supporting schedules
• Perform Cash count
• Arrange billing supporting documents to send out to partners (Voucher Sales)
• Daily cheque deposit
• Cheque collection
• Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

 

Period:

 

• Immediate – 31st August 2021

 

Location:

 

• Orchard

 

 

Working Hours:

 

• Monday to Friday:8.30am to 6.00pm

 

Salary:

 

• up to $2800

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full set of accounts
• Diploma in Accounting
• Strong Excel knowledge and application
