Job Descriptions:
- Raise Purchase Requisitions
- Verify and process claims and payment of invoices
- Support On-boarding arrangements for new staff
- Raise Work Requests
- Stocktaking and Re-stocking of office supplies
- General Admin Support and Coordination
- Secretarial Support
- Other Admin duties as assigned.
Period:
- 6 months
Location:
- Boon Lay
Working Hours:
- Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Salary
- $16/hour (Graduate)
- $10-12/hour (Non-Graduate)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree. Candidates with relevant skillsets/experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals of all levels, both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, meticulous and responsible to carry out projects to conclusion
- Good project management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
