Contract Facilities Engineer - West / Science / Gov

Salary: up to 2800
Duration: 6 months 
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours) 
Location: Jurong 

Job Description:
- Conduct daily walkabout to ensure workshop, laboratory and office areas are in good order.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure there is sufficient stocks
- Assist in event/visit set up / revert back
- Assist in updating admin-related records, inventory data
- Assist in working on asset disposal
- Assist in liaising and sourcing of vendor for quotation, equipment, service and monitor the contractor work’s quality, schedule and ensure safety during execution.
- Assist in contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state

Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree in related field (Mechanical / Electrical / IT / Safety / Operations)
1-2 years of experience
