Job Descriptions:

 

• Manage day to day operations in the members’ lounge
• Handle members’ services and requests effectively & efficiently
• Perform centre promotions related activities such as gifts redemptions etc
• Assist Deputy Chief Concierge with any assigned ad-hoc duties

 

Period:

 

• 1st December 2020 – 9 March 2021

 

Location:

 

• Orchard

 

Working Hours:

 

• Monday – Sunday: 10am – 10pm
• Shift Hours | 8 hours per shift
• Required to work on Public Holiday

 

Salary:

 

• up to $2200

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• 2 years of experience in shopping mall, hospitality industry and premium lounges preferred
• Computer literate
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
