- Handle card access requests received from users and ensure requests are properly input into Card Access System
- Work with HR to process & synchronize HR Daily Data Transmission.
- Update Access Card systems on Oracle Termination listing.
- Process & perform data entry for all requests on a timely and accurate basis.
- Verify completeness of all forms received from MyWorld system and ensure all requests are approved by respective HODs.
- Update the inventory listing of issuance and return cards.
- Print photo card for Temp staffs & IT contractors.
- Email BUs & HR for expiry card return.
- Update the Excel sheet for Tracking of physical card.
- Arrange the temp staff & IT contractor to collect their access cards.
- Extract the physical application form for the return card from the file.
- Extract the transaction record to Global Treasury & Securities Ops and upload to SharePoint daily.
- 3 Months Contract ; 8 Feb 2021 to 7 May 2021

- Monday – Friday; 9.00am to 6.30pm
- $9/hr - $10/hr
- Minimally A’level or Diploma holders
- With relevant working experience
