Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Book Specialist appointment
  • Call members/patients to get the preference (date and time) for specialist appointment
  • Steering them to our Panel Clinics
  • Call Specialist clinics to book the appointments for the members/patients
  • Check specialist coverage of the members in the portal/system
  •  Check with Third Party Administrator about member’s coverage
  • Answer enquires via emails and phones
  • Key in call details into the system
  • Route calls to the appropriate personnel if required
  • Follow up calls to the customers if necessary
  • Provide admin support to the team

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • min. GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Possess some prior customer service / call centre experience from the medical / insurance sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team Player and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice and commit for 6 months
