Jobs Responsibilities
- SPOC the feedback on SIRS Hotline, for follow-up cases with SEPS, internal SIRS stakeholders; UFSE, PO, VA and Agencies; CPF, IRAS etc.
- Conduct calibration of call with SIRS Hotline rep to ensure call quality meet our standards
- Coordinate the support of cheque collections by SEPS at OMB counter and payment related matters, with Finance and UFSE
- Support walk-in SEPs’ enquiries of SIRS at OMB counter
- Support the User-Acceptance Test of Phone- DIY / new messages roll out.
Job Requirements
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in call centre / frontline customer service experience required
- Able to start work within short notice
