Job Description

We are hiring Contract Call Center Assistant to be outsourced to client's organisation to help with Covid-19 Vaccination enquiries! (6 months, Central)

 

Job Scope:

 

  • Answer patients’ enquiries and rescheduling of appointments related to vaccination of Covid-19

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum ‘N / O / A’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field
  • Experience in call center will be advantageous
  • Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) & Sat (8am-12.30pm)
