• Contract Call Centre Agents
• Mon to Sun (5 days/week)
• Bras Basah
• Up to $2300 + shift allowance
- To provide comprehensive banking solutions to customers
- Provide a deliberate and differentiated customer service experience over the telephone and electronic channels.
- Includes effectively answering customer enquiries, promoting and cross-selling a full range of consumer financial products that are suitable for the target customer segments.
- Ensure the level of customer service expectations are met
- 6 months – 12 months (Renewable)
- Bras Basah
- Mon – Sun (5 days a week including weekends/public holiday)
- 8 Hours per shift (24 hour call centre)
- Up to $2300 (based on experience and qualification)
+ Shift allowances
+ Entitled to up to 1 month completion bonus (Subject to performance)
- Minimum O Levels and above
- Preferably with customer service experience will have an added advantage
- Positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and drive
- A good team player with a passion towards providing quality customer service.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A strong service mind-set and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential.
- Able to work independently and commit to work on rotating shifts and public holidays.
