Summary of Job Responsibilities

At Marina Bay Sands, the Contract Analyst (IT) supports the IT Finance Lead & IT Senior Finance Specialist in managing and coordinating IT Financial activities, project initiative submissions, contract management and supply chain across Information Services

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supports the review and analysis of the monthly profit/loss statements for MBS IT
  • Provide accurate, timely and objective analysis of IT’s operating results and specific projects. 
  • Coordinating of forecasting, cost/benefit analysis, rate of return analysis, equipment replacement cycles analysis, software user license counts, etc.
  • Perform analysis of IT Department and project actual spend against budget and forecast on monthly basis
  • Coordinate with all necessary stakeholders to consolidate all required details for annual budget submission
  • Manage and ensures that appropriate procedures and controls are in place to attain correct and timely delivery of equipment or services requested by IT users
  • Support and track requisition requests received in Service Catalog within acceptable lead times
  • Manage execution of all IT Project Initiative submissions and facilitate queries raised by MBS Finance and Global IT Finance Teams
  • Manage and support IT Contracts Review Process
  • Manage and ensure that the IT contracts are reviewed, raised/renewal timely
  • Manage, track and maintaining the integrity of the information related to status, detail and information for all the IT Contracts
  • Lead creation of IT Contract request
  • Review contracts and associated documents throughout the process and ensure local and global regulatory requirements comply
  • Circulate contracts for execution
  • Main contact for internal IT teams, internal stakeholders – Procurement, Legal on IT contractual matters
  • Facilitate on vendor queries on IT related topics for IT contracts and associated documents
  • Provide guidance on contract matters to internal IT teams


  • 4 Years proven Industry experience in defining budgets, financial planning, preparing accurate financial statements
  • Accounting and Finance background required
  • Experience in contract management required
  • Knowledge and experience of Procurement/supply chain preferred
  • Ability to work well with key business partners across sectors and internal IT teams in a collaborative manner
  • Familiar with industry standard analytical tools such as MS Excess, Access, etc.
