Job Descriptions:

  • Add expense/ Goods Receipt & Service Acceptance tasks in SAP/ Process payments to Finance (scan, photocopying file copy and courier to finance originals).               
  •  Add expense/ Goods Receipt & Service Acceptance tasks in SAP/ Process payments to Finance (scan, photocopying file copy and courier to finance originals).           
  • Assist to collate from Engineering Team for submission (such as licences)         
  • To check and remind Line Managers all accruals have been promptly cleared.
  • Circulate all approvals promptly
  • File all payments promptly
  • Update / maintain file lists for Engineering/ Tenancy
  • Carries out filing for PMD department
  • Assist in tender document printing and binding               
  • File MCs for Engineering Technicians
  • Call for servicing for breakdown of Fuji copier / fax machines & replenish copier papers daily to ensure sufficient paper stock at admin cabinet.       
  • Assist in PMD filing/ Mail merge of letters/ circulars as and when required    
  • To assist in the admin support for ISO/ Audits/ uploads of all documents such as licences, certs, service reports etc                
  • Assist in monthly Main store inventory data update in SAP and yearly stock check
  • To promptly order & coordinate for Pantry requisition for CMO and PCR
  • Ordering of stationery for whole CMO including ink cartridges             
  • CMO housekeeping daily checks as assigned
  • Admin Store administration and housekeeping routines as assigned
  • Cover Receptionist duty during her absence and lunch hour break. 
  • Other duties as and when assigned.



  • 6 months; start immediately



  • Town Area


Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6 pm



  • Up to $2,500 (depending on experience)


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 or 2 years working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers
  • Prior knowledge in SAP will be a plus
