Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Update of excel – to input excel based on documents updated in the company’s folder. To check with Leasing occupancy rate
  • Assist with ACG report. To consolidate all other executives ACG report and upload in PDF
  • Assist with monthly vendor invoices check
  • Coordinate with Finance on outstanding ad-hoc works accrued but no invoice received
  • Issue circular to tenant when required
  • Assist with Term Contractors PL and WC
  • Any other ad-hoc operational matters

Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm




  • up to $2400 (depending on the years of experience)


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma Holders and above
  • With relevant working experience
