Job Descriptions:


  • Update excel – to input excel based on documents updated in company files.
  •  To check with Leasing occupancy rate
  • Assist with ACG report
  • To consolidate all other executives ACG report and upload in PDF
  • Assist with monthly vendor invoices check
  • Coordinate with Finance on outstanding ad-hoc works accrued but no invoice received
  • Issue circular to tenant when required
  • Assist with Term Contractors
  • Any other ad-hoc operational matters




  • Immediate to march 2021




  • Jurong East


Working Hours:


  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm




  • up to $2400


Job Requirements:


  • Minimally Diploma Holder
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
