Contract Account Services (Processing Officer) @ Tampines
- Office Hours
- up to $2700
- To handle daily processing/data input of customer requests on a timely and accurate basis.
- Process customer applications for all verified requests
- Check and ensure all inputs are accurate via online system check /online system approval
- Escalate exception cases to Team Lead/Line Manager promptly
- Attend to enquiries on processing status of customer requests /any issues pertaining to the request handling
- Observe and comply with documented policies /procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. Banking Secrecy, Anti-Money Laundering etc)
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the Line Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Department.
- Ensure customer applications are completed within agreed SLA
- Achieve zero human error and operating losses
- Achieve zero customer complaints / feedback
- Fully conversant with process/ SLAs/ regulatory requirements
- 6 Months Contract
- Mon to Fri: 9.00am – 6.30pm
- $2000 - $2700
- Diploma or Degree holder from any related discipline
- With relevant working experience
- Able to work overtime. if required
