Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Contact Centre Agents, ensure that Agents adhere to productivity, quality, and compliance required
  • Manage day to day operations, conduct projects trainings and meetings 
  • Monitor and evaluate Agents’ performance, review attendance and manpower planning
  • Track and generate reports for management

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in contact centre/customer service environment
  • Ability to converse in fluent English, proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Knowledge of Ms Excel is essential
  • Singapore citizenship
