Contact Centre Executive x3 (Immediate/ Healthcare/ Office hours)
- Liaise with and monitor service level of Contact Centre, including preparing statistical reports for contact centre operations
- Handle enquiries Hotline and escate cases to management
- Service audits on calls and provide detailed incident report on the interactions.
- Any other Administrative Duties
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contact centre experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
