Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle all phone and email enquries
  • Keying in of call details into the system
  • Transfering calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle simple escalation
  • Following up on calls to the customers, if necessary
  • General administrative duties
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Min. N/O Levels and above
  • Min. 2 years prior working experience in a Contact Centre setting handling healthcare claims and insurance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work on rostered shifts
  • Able to work independently and in a team
