Contact Centre Executive Assistant x2 (Healthcare)
- Liaise with and monitor service level of Contact Centre, including preparing statistical reports for contact centre operations
- Handle enquiries Hotline and escate cases to management
- Service audits on calls and provide detailed incident report on the interactions.
- Any other Administrative Duties
- Minimum 1 year experience in Contact centre experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
