Condominium Managers

Job Descriptions:

• Fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned condominium / building
• Able to supervise / co-ordinate all maintenance and site staff / contractors assigned
• Able to handle renewal of term contracts and maintenance of contractual records
• Carry out all maintenance functions according to contractual requirements / government regulations
• Upkeeping of contractual record

Requirements:

• Candidate  must possess at least a Diploma / Professional Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management or related field
• At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in managing strata-titled properties/property management environment
• Preferably experience in MCST work
• Must have working knowledge of BMSMA
• Proficient in MS Office and IT Savvy
