- Able to supervise / co-ordinate all maintenance / contractors assigned
- Able to handle renewal of term contracts and up-keeping of contractual records
Requirements:
- Candidate must process at least a Diploma / Professional Degree in Property Development / Real Estate Management or related field
- At least 2 Year (s) of working experience in managing strata-titled properties / property management environment
- Preferably experience in MCST work
- Working knowledge of BMSM Act is an advantage
