Job Description


Customer Service/Public Relations

  • Answer telephone calls by the 3rd ring
  • Attend to walk-in residents/visitors promptly
  • Respond to special requests made by residents and seek approval from Management when required
  • Respond to complaints/feedbacks and follow up with Management
  • To orientate newly moved in residents such as walking through the facilities, house rules, activation of intercom from unit, contact details, etc

Complaint Management

  • Keep proper records of and attend to all complaints, queries and feedback made by the subsidiary proprietors/residents
  • Ensure all residents' complaints are attended to promptly and efficiently

Facility Booking

  • Assist residents by providing information on the facilities and the services available for booking
  • To ensure the team conduct a proper handling over and taking over of facilities from the residents and report any damages to the management
  • Responsible to follow up and request payment from residents who damaged facilities furniture/equipment/loss of loaned cutleries, etc


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s) : English
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s) : Customer Service, Complaint Management, Service Recovery
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in customer service or equivalent
  • Able to work 3 rotating shifts
