Job Description

Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing design retailers in the region, stocking over25,000products from more than 1,000 emerging and established designers from around the world. Headquarter is based in Singapore. 


They are currently looking for a a dedicated Customer Service Officer, who devotes his/her time to ensure that customers' needs are well taken care of, even if that means going the extra mile to make a customer smile.
 


Working days: Any 5 days in a week
Working hours: 44 hrs a week 
Employment type: Permanent role with comprehensive benefits 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle operational customer services which includes exchanges & refunds, global tax refund, processing vouchers & giveaways and other general enquires
  • Handle customers’ requests in the most effective and efficient method
  • Manage customer's expectations with composure
  • Innovate and improve processes to help smoothen customer journey from customer service point of view

 

Job Requirements:

  • Great attention to details with accuracy
  • Strong communication skill with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable to work in front-line customer service and admin duties
