The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Developing and implementing a risk & compliance program, ensuring it is in line with laws and regulations
• Identifying and investigating potential issues and preparing necessary reports as required
• Conducting training, advising and supporting management on risk mitigation and compliance matters
• Developing tools and methodologies to be used in the analysis and management of compliance issues
• Assisting in Risk Management and Compliance related matters

The Profile

• You have at least a degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field
• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Compliance role, within Trust Business.
• You have a deep understanding and knowledge of local regulations
• You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills
• High level of resilience and independence is essential for the role
• You are able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
