JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENT:
This role would require a highly independent, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player.

Your role would have you busy doing:
- 1. Kids Calendar planning and management
2. Youth calendar planning and management
3. Community events and management
4. Volunteer events and management
5. Registration and on-boarding of new members
6. Updating of existing members
7. EDM blast to member segments
8. Programme registration and attendance
9. Customer service and complaint resolution
10. Programme sales and enquiry
11. Programme facilitation&Community Visits (Existing Members)
12. Manpower Planning
13. Participation in neighbourhood Roadshows& trade events
14. Monthly follow ups for renewals
15. Monthly follow ups on dropped off members
16. Event specific sponsorship needs
Certain skill sets which are compulsory would be Microsoft Office and Googling for information. Emotional empathy coupled with great interpersonal skills would take you a long way in this team and the communities we engage with.
Technical and design skills are a huge plus and will earn you brownie points.
