Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish new and build relationships with existing community partners within assigned group representation constituency (GRC)
  • Work closely with external vendor to service the community partners 
  • Provide consistent and prompt service support which includes day-to-day management of partners liaison, activity request follow up, project updates, service delivery and issue resolution
  • Ensure seamless execution of partners' activities
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project outcomes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience 
  • Experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and engaging different levels of management
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
