Commercial Optometrist / Optician Specialist (Medical MNC / $4200 )

• Provide customers with professional advice on product, service related quiries, complaints and feedbacks
• Work closely with the commercial team as a Lens expert providing advise to eye care practitioners and internal stakeholders
• Provide advise or recommendation to customers regarding products or services enquiries via various communication channels
• Provide troubleshooting support over the phone or occasionally on-site support
• Resolve customer and/or consumers’ queries or complaints via phone, email or any other platforms
• Assist customer in checking of job status and update / follow-up accordingly
• Support on administrative tasks 

Key Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Optometry or Opticianry certification
• Min 2 years of optical or related work experience
• Detailed orientated and high level of accuracy
• Strong technical knowledge and passionate about Optics
