Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Effective supervision and coordination of day-to-day clinic operations

  • Management and training of clinic assistants

  • Plan and manage roster for doctors and staff

  • Assist in development and implementation of new initiatives and guidelines

  • Ensure proper inventory and accountability of drug purchases and all other clinic procurement

  • Manage and evaluate clinic KPIs

  • Ensure good service quality and customer satisfaction throughout

  • Maintenance of proper filing and documentation for medical claims and reviews

  • Resolve any issues and manage patients’ queries

  • Undertake clinic assistant duties as required

  • Support in other general administration or coordination as required


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NITEC, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientated
  • Good team player and able to work independently
