Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage administrative and operational activities of all clinics

  • Coordinate with clinic supervisors on day-to-day operational matters

  • Support in development and implementation of new initiatives, guidelines and policies across all clinics

  • Monitor KPIs and evaluate performance to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency

  • Support in orientation, training and mentoring of staff

  • Resolve any administrative, logistical and operational issues

  • Assist with clinic duties when required

  • Assist in other general administration or coordination as required


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification

  • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory position, preferably in clinic or healthcare setting

  • Good leadership and planning skills

  • Ability to work independently and a good team player

  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literacy
