Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate (Islandwide) - HLY

Job Description:

• Responsible for the registration of patients and managing patient’s appointments, to arrange appointments for patients in another department within or outside hospital as instructed by doctors
• Assist the doctors in the clinic
• Dispense medicine at clinic dispensary as doctor prescribes
• To attend to queries from external customers
• Arrange for follow-ups with patients or doctors when necessary
• Assist in the retrieval of records and return patient records
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
• Can commence work immediately / within short notice
• Able to commit for at least 3 months for temporary roles
• People orientated with a positive work attitude
• Renewable / convertible based on individual's performance
