Job Scope:

• Day to day clinic operations
• Registration of patients
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
• Collecting payments from patients
• Booking of appointments
• Coordination with therapists and colleagues on appointments and miscellaneous duties
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Clinic, particularly the reception and customer waiting areas, at all times
• To check and acknowledge receipt of suppliers’ deliveries
• To perform certain general administrative duties, which may differ for each Clinic Assistant/team member, as directed by your reporting officer
• To perform any other duties that the directors or management of the Company may assign

Job Requirements:

• Able to liaise with Mandarin and English-speaking clients
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
