Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose :Reporting to sites’ occupational health nurses. She/he will support them in discharging their roles & responsibility by providing administrative support and basic First Aid treatment (as required) to employees that required these services in all Singapore Aviation Shops

 

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Provide data entry 
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying and sorting of documents
  • Maintain accurate filing of medical documents 
  • Order/Obtain office/medical supplies when needed 
  • Administration of the Prescriptive Safety Eyewear Forms
  • Administration of hospital and insurance bills and claims 
  • Administration & support of Health Promotion activities 
  • Other duties or required trainings as assigned
