Job Description

Client Support Executive (Viet/Thai-speaking)

 


We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.


 

Working Location: East

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Rotating weekend shift

 

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to general enquiries
  • Conduct QA checks on calls for junior agents
  • Support and respond to queries, troubleshoot to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Support all payment related matters
  • Provide excellent service to all stakeholders and customers
  • Analyze the trends and data, and to determine fraud cases and assess risk
  • Content translation when necessary
  • Need to liaise/support with Vietnamese and Thai customers as a translator

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree
  • Able to work rotating shift, weekends and PH
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Social media savvy
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels
  • Pleasant and possess good attitude
  • Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
  • Motivated and dynamic individual
