Responsibilities:
- Team lead of school support personnel to provide end-user computing support to customers.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service.
- Handle human resource coordination and contract administration.
- Responsible to conduct regular customer visits and manage support personnel.
- Assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel.
- You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services.
- Coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.
Requirements:
- Have a Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year in customer service role
- A team player who is IT Savvy and able to multi-task.
