Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Team lead of school support personnel to provide end-user computing support to customers.
  • Provide professional and excellent customer service.
  • Handle human resource coordination and contract administration.
  • Responsible to conduct regular customer visits and manage support personnel.
  • Assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel.
  • You are responsible for the good customer satisfaction for the support services.
  • Coordinate desktop education programmes for customers.

Requirements:

  • Have a Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year in customer service role
  • A team player who is IT Savvy and able to multi-task.
