Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Assist with managing all MBS event and attraction ticketing requirements including the preparation of event manifests, advanced payments and financial settlements.
  • Assist promoters and producers and contracted ticketing company to ensure seamless delivery of ticket sales
  • Assist in drafting ticketing contract with Legal for ticketed events
  • Assist MBS stakeholders and promoters with statistics for strategic and marketing planning.
  • Assist in managing ticketing related interfaces and project development
  • Assist and prepare internal allocations reports
  • Assist in system operation management
  • Support in coordinating and managing the sale of ticket package
  • Support in managing event information on all on-line site
  • Support  in enhancement for ticketing system and web portal
  • Manages the ticketing inventory for events and ensure that show promoter’s requirements are being catered for, while working towards the goal of maximizing show potential.
  • Manage and process all MBS events and attraction group and corporate ticket bookings.
  • Conceptualize and co-ordinate the promotional ideas from show promoters/organizers in the ticketing operations
  • Liaise and work with various departments e.g. Front Of House, Marketing, MICE Teams to ensure that show promoter’s ticketing requirements are being communicated across to ensure smooth delivery on event day

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in all fields
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in the Event Ticketing industry and knowledge of computerized ticketing systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance and be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate should be comfortable and accommodate to the extended working hours on event days i.e. weekday evenings, and weekends.
