- To provide post-sales customer service support through chats & emails to the client’s B2B customers.
- Work closely with our team to support our potential clients and deliver consultative support and education
- Perform data analysis and execute data-informed initiatives that will improve our customer experience and drive business growth
- Identify trends to enhance the partner support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experiences
- Relevant experience in shipping industry will be an add-on bonus.
- Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self-motivated
- Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
- Past experience in B2B business is preferable
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Effective time management and organizational skills
