Client Relationship Manager (Japanese Speaking)

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.

 

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage customers to provide an exceptional support experience
• Provide quality service, support and collecting product feedback through voice and email interactions
• Assess, quantify and implement workflow improvements to scale out support
• Educate users on use of platforms and technology
• Be the key point of contact for clients and managing relationship with clients and partners
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
• Need to liaise/support with Japanese speaking customers as a translator

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management
• Experience in outbound calling is preferred as the process involves 95% calling
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Social media savvy
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency and excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Organized, meticulous, problem solving skills
