Our client is an established, innovative FinTech firm that is easing the movement of money. As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, they aim to introduce safer and more efficient ways in not just cosmopolitan cities, but in emerging markets as well.
In this role, you will be maintaining a high-performing customer portfolio and actively seeking new opportunities to grow our clientele. You will research and deepen your understanding of clients needs and requirements and propose appropriate solutions. You will stay on top of market trends to provide clients information and effective advice to increase profitability.
Client's satisfaction and trust is key. You will be responsible for building that trust and to communicate all information effectively and accurately, to set and manage expectations. You will be expected to provide a monthly report of all developments and exceed set KPIs.
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the financial services industry.
- You are highly analytical, strong team player and a self-starter.
- You have strong communication skills and are able to build long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
