The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Managing client's portfolio which includes post placement duties relating to client accounts, premiums for facultative risks transactions.
• Overseeing brokerage receivables, funding, retention, post booking receipt, ad hoc reporting requests, payment of funds and all management and transactional process steps
• Building and maintaining relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets
• Understanding and resolving issues & queries as well as reviewing working practices
• Participating in team meetings and activities to share opinions, ideas, knowledge and solutions

The Profile

• You have some experience working within operations side
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have the ability to manage expectations of clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
• You are able to engage, influence and negotiate with respective clients, market contacts and colleagues
• You have prominent analytical skills and pay strong attention to detail
