Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
You are required to deliver outstanding service to Private Bank clients and to support Private Bank Senior Client Adviser with wealth management products and services to high net worth clients.

  • Partner Client, Business Support and Assurance to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients’ requirements
  • Understand client’s key interface over initiation of clients’ instructions, monitor funds for payment, prepare client’s fax instructions, forms and loan disbursement instructions
  • Assist SCA in client account opening, closure, update instruction checklist and interface with clients to ensure completion of documentation requirements
  • Track and follow-up on outstanding documentation and client outstanding fee payments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder from a recognized tertiary institution; with at least one year experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Meticulous, proactive and able to think out-of-the box
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
