Channel Sales Operations, Senior Manager
- Support the VP of Global Distribution Sales to drive channel sales strategy and ensure all channel sales organization objectives are met. These include: planning reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation.
- Monitor and develop the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies; facilitate continuous process improvement.
- Establish systems, processes and structure to support distributor management and facilitate day to day to day operations including design registration, contract renewals, ship and debit etc.
- Oversight on channel sales forecasting and drive funnel management integrity. Ensure overall productivity and effectiveness of the channel sales organization
- Lead and champion system setup and implementation to support Global sales team and external distributors.
- Bachelor/ Masters in Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
