Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Support distributors in the market, acting as their main contact on a daily basis
  • Drive partner recruitment & activation with assigned territory
  • Work with key focus partners in the region and continuously evaluate the performance
  • Help in growing the regional business
  • Training, coaching and educating partners
  • Planning, implementing and following-up with Key Partner marketing activities with the local marketing manager
  • Support Distributor-led marketing activities (tradeshows/ partner workshops)
  • Training the distributor and other channel partners 
  • Leads Management: Qualify and monitor inbound information requests for products and channel partners, ensuring that qualified leads are responded to in a timely fashion
  • Evaluating the performance of each distributor and channel partner
  • Achieving annual and quarterly targets set for the region

 

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Engineering or any related field from a recognized polytechnic
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Track record of reaching sales targets working through partners
  • Able to optimally analyze and prioritize customers

  • Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications
  • Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to build and maintain relations with customers
